Shipping

Shipping is complementary in Spain.

We ship internationally with UPS/ DHL or Fedex depending on location. Shipping costs are 50€ for all international orders.

International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive from the order date, subject to any required customs clearance.

Buyer is responsible for their local duties and custom charges. Depends on where you live, import tax is mandatory or not.

How long is the processing time?

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we received it and it is processing.

Processing may take up to 1-2 business day.

Once approved, we will proceed with the shipment of your purchase and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Can I collect an online order in the store?

At the checkout, you may be offered the choice to collect your item(s) in store. This option is free. The item(s) will be available to collect from the showroom in Barcelona. 

Return Policy

All sales are final, and we will not make refunds, subject to our returns policy.

Eye Luxury Concierge, does not take returns on pristine condition items.  Any item for which the condition states new is a FINAL SALE. 

Other condition items, you can make changes it for another item. The item(s) must be received back in the same condition it was sent and no longer than 14 days after the purchase was made.
All tags and labels must be intact, and the item should not show signs of wear.The cost of the return is covered by the customer.

Guaranteed Authenticity

Absolutely. All our items are triple-checked by trained authenticators and the latest artificial intelligence technology.

If you purchase an item and it is proven to be inauthentic by a verified authenticator, EYE Luxury Concierge will make a full refund once it's returned.

How I am enforcing the circular economy?

By selling your pre loved luxury items, you contribute to the wellbeing of the planet enforcing the circular economy, and also we extend the life cicle of the luxury articles that other people can enjoy at better prices in most of the cases.

What if you want your items back?

You order them back and that's it, very simple.

You would be charged an amount of 25€ which covers the shipping costs.
